At a gross list price of 114,887.96 euros1, the new Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE (weighted, combined fuel consumption: 6.9 l/100 km; weighted, combined CO₂ emissions: 156 g/km; weighted, combined power consumption: 11.7 kWh/100 km)2 as a Saloon can be ordered now in Germany. The Estate starts from 116,672.96 euros1. The Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE brings state-of-the-art technologies from motorsport to the road with know-how from Formula 1™. The hybrid drivetrain combines the AMG 2.0-litre turbocharged engine with an Electric Drive Unit (EDU) on the rear axle for a highly emotive driving experience. The combined system power is 500 kW (680 hp), the combined maximum system torque 1020 Nm. Depending on the drive program, the electric motor boosts power and torque according to the situation – for a comfortable or performance-oriented driving experience. Electric-only mode is also possible. The electric drivetrain and the high-performance battery with 400 volts are AMG exclusive, in-house developments.

Standard equipment includes AMG Performance 4MATIC+ fully variable all-wheel drive with Drift Mode, active rear-axle steering and eight AMG drive programs. There are also 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels with mixed tyres, the MBUX infotainment system with AMG-specific functions and display styles, and the AMG Performance steering wheel with AMG steering wheel buttons.

Extensive selection of individual single options

The equipment details and the numerous options offer a wide range of individualisation for different customer expectations. Here is an excerpt of the individual options that can be ordered:

Special model with close links to motorsport

The “F1 Edition” special equipment is available for the Saloon and Estate for one year from the start of sales. It costs 17,612 euros and combines numerous individual options with an exclusive look that is inspired by motorsport. The MANUFAKTUR alpine grey solid paint finish is a striking distinguishing feature. It is combined with foiling on the vehicle flanks consisting of the AMG logo and colour gradient from grey to black. Red trim lines on the sides and front and rear aprons add further colour accents. The 20-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke forged wheels are painted matt black. The red rim flanges follow the colour scheme of the wheels of the Official FIA F1 Medical Car™ from Mercedes-AMG.

The AMG Aerodynamics Package improves handling at high speeds. Aerodynamic features include the larger front splitter, the redesigned longitudinal member panels and the additional diffuser board. The spoiler lip on the boot lid is reserved for the Saloon. The AMG Night Packages I and II also enhance the motorsport-inspired appearance of the “F1 Edition”.

The interior is characterised by the contrast of black and red. The AMG Performance seats are upholstered in black Exclusive nappa leather with red topstitching and embossed AMG emblems in the front head restraints. Added to this are red seat belts and AMG trim elements in carbon fibre with red thread. The AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather/DINAMICA microfibre with red topstitching and the AMG door sill panels with red illuminated “AMG” lettering also follow the “F1 Edition” colour scheme.
