Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre Corporation and a leading software and technology provider in the global travel industry, has announced the launch of SynXis Concierge.AI. This innovative solution leverages the power of Generative AI to revolutionize customer service for hoteliers. Sabre Hospitality will be showcasing this product and its capabilities at HITEC Charlotte in the USA from June 24-27, 2024.

SynXis Concierge.AI is Sabre Hospitality’s first deployment of Generative AI, a technology that can generate new content from inputs such as text, images, and code. By utilizing Sabre’s extensive data resources, Concierge.AI delivers immediate, detailed, and accurate responses to specific queries, ensuring that effectiveness no longer solely depends on the knowledge and experience of support agents.

Initially, SynXis Concierge.AI is being used by Sabre’s Customer Care and Delivery (CCD) team to enhance customer service. The entire CCD team is equipped with Concierge.AI, ready to handle various customer interactions, including questions, requests, and problem resolution.

Sabre Hospitality plans to integrate SynXis Concierge.AI into the Community Portal to enhance self-service capabilities. They are also exploring its application in existing products to improve operational efficiency and optimize conversions.
