Metro Bank brings the banking revolution to Brighton

Metro Bank’s rapid expansion continues in 2015 with the opening of its 33rd store in Brighton. To mark the occasion, the UK’s most revolutionary bank will be holding two days of celebrations on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st February.

The new Metro Bank Brighton store can be found at 82 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1ZA. Customers will be looked after by a team led by Local Director, Brian Quinton and Store Manager, Nick Simon.

Brighton residents visiting the store will have the chance to enjoy an array of grand opening festivities; including stilt walkers, face painting, performing dogs, live music, and most importantly, a new convenient, customer-focused bank that provides unparalleled levels of service and convenience. At Metro Bank, Dogs Rule, so customers are invited to bring their canine companions along with them.

Metro Bank is committed to providing customers with amazing service and convenience through every banking channel. Unlike any other bank in the UK, all stores provide instant printing and replacements for lost or stolen debit cards, free coin counting for customers and non-customers alike with Metro Bank Magic Money Machines and, Safe Deposit Boxes for customers’ valuables.

Councillor Jason Kitcat, Leader Brighton & Hove City Council commented on the launch of Metro Bank Brighton: “I am delighted to welcome Metro Bank, a brand new bank, to this high profile location in Brighton. The bank uses the most advanced technology to support customers through whichever channel they choose to use for their banking. Customers can choose to bank face-to-face in store, can call a 24 hour local contact centre manned by people not machines, bank online, or through an innovative personal mobile app. Its pioneering approach has resulted in the revolutionary bank being awarded the Technology Innovation Award by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Awards Programme.

All Metro Bank stores are open at the most convenient times for local residents and businesses; 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm Saturday and 11am – 5pm Sundays and bank holidays, 362 days a year.
